From the photographer's desk,
I started photography as a high school kid. I love art and designing but as great man once said, all man are born lazy, well, I hate to draw. To satisfy the my artistic self, my dad bought me my first Nikon SLR back in 2002. That's when everything went crazy.
I remember keeping my lunch money just to buy films, all types of them, ASA 100 to ASA 1600. Agfa, Fujifilm was my favourite. Gears were limited to one body, one kit lens. My dad, being a Leica guy, would always give me tips just before my photo outing alone. Those days were the dawn of the film and the birth of the digital era. Hobby, well it died half way as film price sky rocketed. What died along with it is my life's documentary.
Zooming towards 2011, I once again bought my very first DSLR only to recapture my life's events, promising myself, from this DSLR onwards, things in my life would be recorded in still media. The passion grew as I meet people of the same age sharing the same enthusiasm. I started out recording events in my life and a slow transitions to recording other people's life.
As I took pictures of other's life event, not only I capture my vision, I capture their memories. It is such a blessing that I have this gift from God and I am using it to bless others as well by capturing their life events. Soon after, others with the same passion would come along and learn together as well.
That's how BRT Photography was established. It started with a passion to capture life events to providing training to others so that they too could share the passion of capturing live's events. Today, BRT Photography has a team of fully dedicated people that gives their best effort to capture other's life event.
